Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your Quarry Connect Driver account and the personal data that goes with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email sales@quarryconnect.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Driver account". You can also text (512) 636-2780.
2. We confirm the request with you.
3. We delete your account and personal data within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and profile: name, email, phone number and truck details.
• Data stored by the app for you, including location history.

What is kept

Tickets and bills for loads you hauled are also part of the business records of the Brokers you worked for. Those copies are kept by the Broker as their records, as the law requires.
